Membership- How to get started:

1. Explore

   Prospective patients can browse the website to get a feel for the practice and find answers to many questions - see FAQs.

2. Meet & Greet

   When you are ready for more information, please book a Meet & Greet appointment to set up a time for a conversation with Dr. Wendy. She will be happy to answer any remaining questions that you may have about the practice model. The Meet & Greet allows you and Dr. Wendy to get to know each other to decide if Harmony Center is a good fit for your family. No medical advice is discussed at the Meet & Greet.

3. Enroll

   After the Meet & Greet appointment, if you are ready to join Harmony Center, send an email to Dr. Wendy and she will send information on how to enroll. Members will pay a monthly fee that will cover any appointments, holistic care plans, and many other services (see below). Please see Fees for full list of prices. The enrollment process must be fully complete before you can make an appointment or have any medical services provided by Harmony Center.

4. Make an initial/new patient appointment

   The initial appointment will be a one-hour appointment. This is a time for Dr. Wendy to get to know you personally and learn about what is important to you. Together you will go through your health history and talk about your long term goals. Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to upload past medical records and fill out some basic information.

5. Follow-up appointments as needed

   These include annual physicals and wellness exams, acute/sick visits, etc. See full list below.
